  • Turnkey Project Execution

  • Lead Management
  • Trading in decor items

Each service may be governed by a separate service agreement or proposal detailing timelines, deliverables, and pricing.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services or contacting us, you agree to:

  • Communicate clearly regarding your project goals and expectations

  • Make timely payments as per agreement upon

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All content, designs, plans, drawings, photos, and other materials created by Hut n Yard remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality design services, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers

  • Natural disasters, unforeseen site issues, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Damages resulting from the misuse or poor maintenance of materials after project handover

  • Inaccurate information provided by the client

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or collaborate with third-party vendors (e.g., furniture manufacturers, electricians, plumbers, etc.). While we aim to work with trusted partners, Hut n Yard is not responsible for the performance or products of third parties unless explicitly stated.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice.
In case of early termination:

  • All completed work and deliverables up to that point will be billed accordingly

  • Any advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any harmful content

  • Attempt to breach our website’s security features

  • Use our content without proper attribution or permission
