This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds may be requested.
1. Lead Packages for Interior Service Providers
Nature of Service:
Lead packages are digital/intangible services that provide access to potential client leads for interior service professionals.
Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable: Once a lead package is purchased and leads are delivered or accessed, the payment is non-refundable.

Invalid Leads: If more than 30% of the delivered leads are found to be invalid (e.g., non-working contact numbers, incorrect data), you may be eligible for a partial replacement of leads after review.

Requests for review must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery with proper documentation.
2. Interior Design Services
Nature of Service:
This includes on-site or remote interior design services such as space planning, material selection, 3D design, consultation, and turnkey execution.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable.

Service Cancellation Before Project Start: If the client cancels before execution begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation, planning, and administrative charges.

Ongoing Projects: Once the execution phase has started (e.g., purchase of materials, on-site work), no refund is applicable.

Delay or Non-Performance by Hut n Yard: In the unlikely event that we fail to begin or complete a project as per the agreed schedule due to internal issues, a full or partial refund will be considered based on the extent of work completed and the value of undelivered services.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@hutnyard.com within 5 business days of the cancellation or issue arising.
3. Décor Items
Return Window:
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your décor item, provided it meets the return conditions.
Return Conditions:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation will not be accepted.

Custom-made or personalized décor items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refund or Replacement:

If the item is defective or damaged in transit, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Return Process:
